As a lifelong student of political science as well as a staff member of an Organization (UNESCO) whose mandate is very much about “soft power”, I am pleased to have an opportunity to briefly comment on Viet Nam’s cultural diplomacy in the past decade under the framework of the Government’s National Strategy on Cultural Diplomacy (2011).
